The heart of this 1980’s fixer upper was transformed into a beautiful contemporary farm style kitchen by KB Home designer Iris Michaels. Equipped with a textured laminate hood and island cabinetry to give an aged wood look and contrast to the space. The addition of the textured laminate also adds some much needed warmth to this primarily white kitchen. Iris also renovated a small 18 square-foot powder room which features a beautiful black, metal mosaic backsplash and a floating countertop to maximize space.
