Designed to be aesthetically pleasing yet practical, this classic traditional farmhouse leaves little to be desired, while still maintaining the design integrity of the original house. The client presented images of warm wood tones, brass plumbing and hardware, a farm sink, framed inset style cabinets, dark countertops, and a natural brick floor. To capture that look while maintaining a practical design, we used faux brick porcelain for the floors, and tall oak framed, flush inset, shaker style cabinets with a warm grey stain designed to store coats, a concealed ironing board, broom closet, boots and shoes.
